“Great, Detailed Quote ProcessDaniel came out to give me a free estimate on my original hardwood floors: living room, hallway, 5 stairs, and 3 bedrooms (750 sq ft). I’d pulled up about half of the carpets at that time. He was on time and so much fun to chat with! I loved his attention to detail, asking about certain damaged boards, telling me what the options were, what they’d look like if they were puttied vs. replaced, etc.He was so good at teaching what to expect (previous owners had gotten paint all over the floors when they painted the baseboards– they didn’t care, they were slapping down carpet!). He explained his crew’s process, the type of coating options (cost & quality), and answered my million questions.The quote he provided was one of the most detailed and thorough of them all so I knew exactly all of the pieces that would go into the work. I really appreciated that level of detail!I got three separate quotes (all very close together) and ended up going with the midrange quote, but I know I’d have been happy if I’d chosen Daniel’s team!”
“We hired them to install laminate flooring in our new house. We used Thumbtack to find someone in the SLC area that could install before our move-in date. These guys were super professional!
We worked with their flooring provider to pick out the flooring that we wanted. A few days before the install they delivered the flooring to our house. My wife and I opened one of the boxes later that day and we were shocked to find that every board in the box at the exact same pattern! We thought it was just a fluke, or maybe that’s how the boxes came. But after opening 4 more boxes, with the same pattern, we realized that there was a problem. We immediately let the Euro team know. They came by the morning of the install to check things out and were shocked too. I was a little frustrated, but I knew it wasn’t their fault. It was for sure the manufacturer’s fault, and something they had never seen before. I was VERY happy with how quickly they resolved the issue. Later that same day they had new boxes delivered! The install was done the very next day. What service!
Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the install and the flooring looks amazing. We’re so happy that we didn’t have to do it ourselves – wow, it’s a lot of work! Thanks for taking great care of your customers!”
“Installation of new hardwood floor, and sanding and finishing the rest of the floor. I called four companies for an estimate. Daniel the owner of Euro Hardwood Flooring came the last. Daniel gave the most reasonable price and he is very detailed oriented. One of the companies (who had been in business for almost 20 years) said they could not sand and finish the hall matching the living room floor. There was carpet on all floors except the living room and the floors underneath the carpet were an old dark color. The guy said he could not match the floor and needed to do also the living room which already was done. Daniel came to see the house and explained how they were going to match the hall with the living room natural red oak. Amazing job is done. The floors are all the same color now beautiful red oak. The job was done in a timely manner. We would recommend Euro Hardwood Flooring over any other companies in Salt Lake City.”

“I just completed a flooring project with Euro Hardwood Flooring and they turned out great. The original (1911) hardwoods in our house were in very poor condition and had been ripped out in half of the living room and the adjoining office. Had a few other companies who recommended putting new flooring on top of the originals but Euro said there was still room to sand them down and have them repaired. We matched them as closely as possible with red oak flooring in the two other rooms and the match is very good. There is a slight variation in grain/color but we are hoping they continue to match with age & sun. We were unsure of what stain to go with and Daniel and his team recommended the natural look, with a clear water-based protectant. His team was great and thorough. Although the color is not what we were originally thinking and not as rich as a dark stain, I think it will be the right choice in the long-term. Daniel’s team was professional, thorough, and did a great job!”

“I had a click system laminate wood floor that was expanding and contracting with changes in humidity. These changes would cause parts of the floor to swell upwards as there was no place for the expansion to go do to an improper installation by a previous contractor.
